Merchandise must be returned within 30 days for a full refund back to the original form of payment. Please note that there is a restocking fee of 20% depending on different products. Returns postmarked back to us within 60 days of order shipment are eligible for a store credit, and returns will not be accepted after 60 days. If you received a gift from our store, you may exchange it for other items of equal value or for store credit. Pickybunny does not do price adjustments.
All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION (unwashed, unaltered with the original tag attached.) Any return received with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair or smoke will be refused and returned to you and are subject to a shipping charge.
Please note: Any sales/discounts 30% OFF or more are non-returnable, non-refundable and FINAL SALE. These items CANNOT be returned for a refund, store credit or be exchanged.
Accessories, Bath and Body products, custom-made and personalized items, Jewelry, Belts, Sunglasses, Bathing Suits, Underwear, Socks, Leotards and Gift Certificates Cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shoes must be returned in their original box and mailed back inside another box. If there is any damage to the shoe box, shipping labels, packing tape. or any other markings on the outside of the shoe box it will not be accepted. The item will then be returned to the customer and is subject to a return shipping fee.
Canada or International Returns
Please send items back to us using any traceable shipping method. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return. Please be sure that your package is insured and prepaid. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
We are unable to guarantee the item/size you need will be available once your return is received. Therefore we suggest placing an order for the item/size you would like and sending the previous item back for a full refund!
If you received defective merchandise, please contact our customer service department within two business days so we can correct the issue.
1. Refer to the complete Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets all criteria.
2. Request a return form via email@example.com
3. Complete the return form and include it inside the package with the item/s you are returning. If the return form is left blank and your returns have been accepted we will ONLY issue STORE CREDIT as your refund.
4. Please return your item(s) via the shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping is solely the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit.
5. Once your package is received please allow our Returns Department up to five business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification with the status of your return.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDER(S)
1. If you refuse a confirmed order you will be charged for the actual cost of the shipping to you.
2. Undeliverable orders due to error on your part will require re-shipment and will be charged to you.
“Should you decide against re-shipment the original shipping fee and other address verification fees will be deducted from your refund.”
We will refund your purchase amount minus any shipping fee (except free shipping) back to your original payment method. If your card has expired we can process your refund to your new credit card.
If you paid via PayPal, you will be refunded via your PayPal account.
